Severe Weather Roofing & Restoration is hiring a Sales Leader / Field Manager to help build and lead a door-to-door roofing sales team in Northern Colorado. We are looking for a hands-on field leader who can recruit, train, motivate, and manage canvassers and roofing sales reps. This role is ideal for someone with experience in roofing sales, door-to-door sales, canvassing, solar, pest control, alarms, insurance restoration, or field sales leadership. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with commission and team override opportunities.

Responsibilities

Recruit and help build a door-to-door canvassing and roofing sales team. Train new reps on homeowner conversations, door approaches, appointment setting, storm damage basics, inspections, and follow-up. Lead field activity in neighborhoods affected by hail, wind, and storm damage. Keep reps accountable to activity goals, appointments, inspections, and sales production. Help reps inspect properties, explain the insurance restoration process, and move leads from appointment to signed contract. Work directly with ownership to grow the team and reach production goals.

Requirements

Field sales experience. Leadership, recruiting, or team-building experience preferred. Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners. Able to work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are available. Organized and able to track leads, people, follow-up, and production. Motivated, competitive, and willing to lead by example. Roofing experience is preferred, but not required. Compensation

1099 independent contractor opportunity. Commission-based compensation with team override opportunities. Earnings are based on production.
