THE ROLE - In-home consultative sales across LA County - Pre-set, qualified appointments you sell, we prospect - Three-tier roofing menu (Standard, Preferred, Platinum) plus windows, stucco, paint, and exteriors - Production team handles permits, install, and project management after the sale - Hybrid schedule: appointments in the field, admin from home WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 2+ years of in-home sales (roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, or home improvement preferred) - Genuine interest in the product and the homeowner not just the close - Strong communicator who can explain technical product differences in plain language - Comfortable closing in one call when the homeowner is ready - Reliable vehicle, valid CA license, clean record - Available evenings and Saturdays WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM US - A product line you can be proud to sell - Marketing and brand materials that make your job easier (we've invested heavily in sales tools - you won't be drawing on a napkin) - Honest commission structure with no games - A team that will pick up the phone when you need help on an appointment - Growth path if you want one - we're scaling and the people who help us get there will benefit Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year License/Certification:
