This role will provide you with warm leads, which allows you to focus on face- to-face sales out in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lease apartments showing and selling the features and benefits of renting to prospective tenants.
• Provide information and answer all questions to prospective tenants.
• Follow up with prospects during sales process via email, phone, texts.
• Report prospect and pricing feedback.
• Take ownership of filling and managing your calendar with showings with warm leads via emails, texts, and phone calls.
• Respond to email, phone, and walk-in leads.
• Provide yearly scorecards for each building.
• Involvement and effective communication with all departments within the Company.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years customer service experience required
• 2+ years sales or leasing experience preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Work independently to achieve goals
• Organized and Professional
• Baseline knowledge of Denver neighborhoods

Compensation

Package

• $55,000 - $65,000 estimated annual income (including commissions and bonus)
• 2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave
• 9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
• 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

Working Conditions

Full time Saturday-Tuesday 8:00 am - 6:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch. Position spends time within the office and field.
