Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their needs are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to analyze client inquiries effectively. Be able to communicate in Vietnamese is a must.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our computerized system.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality client services and support.
• Assist in resolving complaints and providing feedback to improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance customer support skills and knowledge. Experience
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or office environment.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in using various software applications for client management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language proficiency in Vietnamese is required.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
