Key Responsibilities

: Sales Generation: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients in the Charleston, South Carolina area. Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting our diverse portfolio of technology solutions. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in office technology, including copiers, document management solutions, and mailing equipment. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential customers. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of clients and tailor technology solutions to address their specific requirements. Provide consultative sales support to guide customers in making informed decisions. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service. Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. Utilize this knowledge to position Herald Office as a leader in the technology solutions market. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to coordinate efforts and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the technology solutions or office equipment industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Knowledge of office technology products, including copiers, document management systems, and mailing equipment.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
