Overview

: Looking for a dynamic individual to join a fun and high energy sales team. This person will have terrific relationship building skills, a great phone presence, and the ability to have add value conversations with the buyer on products we sell. This individual will enjoy the hunt of the sale and closing new business.

Essential Functions

:

• Prospect potential sales through company provided leads.
• Build relationships with existing customers and grow their current spend with additional products.
• Create referral opportunities through existing customer base.
• Become an expert on our core industry products through product training and teach backs.
• Maintain outstanding customer service with existing and potential customers.
• Show competency in our Sales CRM
• Maintain database organization through updates and entering pertinent information'
• Generate quote and bids for any buyer who express interest.
• Create a monthly/quarterly sales budget and assess the steps needed to achieve these goals.
• Review daily, monthly and quarterly reports on sales statistics and department reports to ensure goals are met
• Focus on monthly quota and ensure sales generated meet or exceed the expectations Competencies:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good administrative proficiency and customer service skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others Experience:
• High School diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Knowledge of the Automotive, Medical, Education and/or 3D Print Industry.
• Computer experience (Microsoft Office, Internet and Sales CRM) a must. Company
