Overview

The Dow Agency is currently seeking a motivated individual to join their industry award winning team! This position focuses on developing strong client connections, driving new business, and helping customers choose insurance solutions that align their unique needs. You'll receive hands-on coaching and support from a mentor agent, along with structured training designed to help you build a successful insurance career! Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Computer and organizational skills
• Insurance License required within 60 days of employment (guidance and assistance to help you get licensed right away!)

Responsibilities

• Utilize networking, referrals, and outreach to develop new business
• Maintain relationships with clients
• Meet sales goals and performance targets
• Keep accurate record of sales activities and client interactions
• Assist clients in assessing their individual needs to provide the best insurance options for them
• Become familiar with insurance products offered (home, auto, life, & commercial)
