Overview

: We are looking for an experienced Property Manager / Leasing Specialist to lease up and manage our Rochester Area Portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management and leasing, with a proactive approach to marketing and community engagement. An active real estate license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

: - Market properties on the company website, major ILS platforms, social media sites, and within the local community. - Manage prospective residents from application to lease execution to move- in. - Conduct property tours, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents. - Handle lease renewals, rent collections, and resolve tenant issues. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

: - Prior experience in property management and leasing. - Active real estate license preferred. - Strong marketing and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in using property management software and social media platforms. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation
