Big O Tires in Loveland Colorado has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor. This is a full time position(40-50 hours/week including Saturday). The right candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as a desire to inspire employees to do their best. You must be highly committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. As a service advisor you will spend the majority of your day working with customers, advising them on their vehicles tire and automotive service needs. This is a high volume, fast paced work environment that requires the ability to multi-task while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. the position focuses on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty and maximizing sales.
