Licensing Requirement Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required prior to your start date. What You'll Do

Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and community involvement.

• Build and grow a book of business through consultative, needs-based sales conversations.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend customized insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
• Build lasting client relationships that drive retention, referrals, and agency growth.
• Process policy changes, renewals, and new business accurately.
• Consistently achieve individual sales and production goals.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.
• What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Proven success in insurance sales or account management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
