About This Position This role is exciting to someone that is comfortable speaking to others and has no problem sparking up a conversation with a random stranger. This role is perfect for those who have what we call a Silver Tongue meaning you have always been comfortable having a conversation and have no problem spending your day meeting new people and explaining to them the opportunity of a free inspection along with a little info about our company and the possibilities of us improving the look and feel of their home. Previous sales, marketing/canvassing experience is desired but not required. Engagement with Commercial Clients and in Professional Settings on a ongoing basis.

Duties

will include but not limited to Estimating and Coordination of Estimation roles, Account Management, Customer Engagement, Quality and Customer Follow ups and Day to Day Business Related issues. Weekly COMMISSION PAID ON QUALIFIED LEADS WEEKLY

Qualifications

/ Expectations: Must be able to knock doors and CLOSE LEADS.

• Communicate with potential clients face to face or over the phone Must be technically savvy Hours are typically 9AM-7pm M-F, and 9am-5pm on Saturdays.
• Operate in a designated area provided within 2 hours of our CLEVELAND , OHIO office.
• Communicate with the marketing managers to accomplish weekly goals and quota
• Have Reliable means of transportation to and from work
• Be open to change in your life and earn a comfortable living
• Previous marketing and sales experience HIGHLY desirable but we will train like minded candidates to succeed! TIME AND COMPENSATION:
• Flexible Hours - Full-time
• Potentially an increase in hours after completing introductory period of sales orientation.
• COMMISSION ON EACH PROJECT SOLD AND PAID WEEKLY UPON COMPLETED JOBS
• Weekly Gas Stipend
