What You'll Do

You'll spend your time building relationships throughout the Louisville metro area with builders, remodelers, contractors, architects, and homeowners.

Responsibilities

include:

• Growing and managing a local sales territory
• Prospecting for new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships
• Meeting with customers to understand their project goals
• Recommending premium window and door solutions
• Preparing estimates and following opportunities through the sales process
• Maintaining customer activity within the company's CRM
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience The territory is primarily within approximately 50 miles of Louisville, including Southern Indiana, Shelbyville, Frankfort, and surrounding communities. Travel outside the territory is minimal, typically only a few times each year for training or meetings. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Ideal backgrounds include:

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of outside or consultative sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once
• Basic math and estimating abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation A background check and drug screen are required as part of the hiring process.
