Compensation

: $50,000$80,000+ per year Includes hourly pay, commissions, and bi-weekly performance bonuses. Speakeasy Fitness is hiring motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our membership sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants strong earning potential, and is interested in growing in a fast-paced fitness environment. This position starts at $20/hour, with opportunities to earn significantly more through commissions and performance bonuses. Locations: Los Angeles and Pasadena. What You'll Do

• Sell gym memberships through tours, outreach, lead follow-up, and guest conversations
• Welcome guests and help create a strong first impression
• Build relationships with members and prospective members
• Support front desk operations and daily club needs
• Help maintain a clean and professional club environment
