About Us

Today Capital Group works in the alternative finance space. We connect small and mid-sized business owners with working capital through our network of funding partners. We work fast, on the phones, and we get businesses the capital they need to keep operating and growing. The Role As an inside sales representative, you'll be the first point of contact for business owners seeking working capital. You'll qualify leads, understand each prospect's funding needs, and match them with the right funding product managing the relationship from initial call through funded deal. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role suited to someone who's organized, persistent, and comfortable working toward daily and monthly targets.

What You'll Do

• Call and qualify leads
• Assess a business's funding needs and match them to the right product
• Manage clients from submission through funding
• Hit daily call/talk-time targets and monthly funded-deal goals

Compensation

• $18.00 per hour + commission
• Can earn $50,000 - $150,000 in the first year
• Top Earners $250,000+
• Monthly incentives/bonuses for top performers What We're Looking For
• Strong phone presence comfortable with high call volume and rejection
• Coachable; willing to learn and follow a structured sales process
• Resilient and organized able to manage a pipeline of active applications
• Prior sales experience (any phone-based or commission sales) preferred, not required
• Comfortable working in a commission-based pay structure Training & Support
• Structured onboarding covering product knowledge, objection handling, and our CRM/process
• Ongoing coaching from team leads and top earner's
