Full description of the position

Our team is looking to add driven Licensed Insurance Agents who want to be rewarded for their successes. Our agency has served this community for 25+ years and is one of the largest agencies in Texas for Allstate.

Duties

of our Licensed Agents:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations.
  • Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
  • Maintain Daily Activity Expectations
  • Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
