Company Overview

Alexander Charles Inc. is the only independently contracted GEICO Exclusive Agency in Idaho. The company is responsible for selling and servicing insurance products for GEICO and its affiliates. Summary As an Inside Marketing Representative at Alexander Charles Inc/GEICO Local Office, you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement. This role is vital to our mission of providing outstanding insurance solutions while fostering lasting relationships with our clients. This is an entry level inside marketing position with the opportunity for the right candidate to go through the training and licensing process to promote into a producing agent position. Schedule is flexible and could be full or part time depending on candidate's preference. Full time schedule could be 5 eight-hour shifts or 4, ten-hour shifts depending on candidate's preference. The compensation for this position is heavily based on production. The base pay ranges from $13- $16 per hour depending on experience with an uncapped monthly bonus that is based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential customers through various channels to generate leads for our producing agents.
• Conduct outbound calls to new warm leads and follow up on previously contacted leads to establish and nurture client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
• Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with insurance sales is beneficial but not necessary.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while achieving individual goals
