Capitol Carpet, Tile, & Window Fashions is a locally owned flooring & window treatment company with locations in Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Wellington, and Palm Beach Gardens. We are a family owned and value guided business and for nearly 40 years our purpose has been to create Raving Fans of our customers, employees and the community. The position of window treatment sales and design consultant combines the functions of sales, customer service and design consultant. It requires great listening and presentation skills to understand and meet the customers' needs. Poise and presence is a key to meeting customers in either the showroom or their home. The uniqueness of this position is that by having the window treatment boutique in the flooring store, you will have the opportunity to earn greater sales and commissions by maximizing customer leads from our renowned flooring store as well as customer traffic in the window treatment boutique. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is successful in sales and would flourish with the opportunity to utilize their design competence, sales experience, and willingness to learn an exciting new industry. Previous experience in the window treatment industry is preferred. • Greet customers and determine their product wants and needs.
• Fully understands all the components to successful window treatment sales. Product knowledge, warranties, installation guidelines and design trends.
• Be fully knowledgeable of the attributes, benefits and warranties of all the products we carry.
• Gaining customer commitment.
• Timely delivering customer service experiences that exceed the customer's expectations.
• Building client relationships.
• Working with all Capitol Carpet & Tile and Window Fashions employees and representatives to achieve excellent customer experiences.
• Using computer systems to maximize the resources of Capitol Carpet and Tile. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
