As an Apartment Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that are necessary to preserve and improve the value of our apartment communities throughout our Florida portfolio which expands over Martin, Palm Beach, and Broward Counties. These functions include but are not limited to;

• Maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing offices and apartment communities throughout our Florida portfolio.
• Answering incoming phone calls and handling each call accordingly, whether it is a client call, resident call, service request, etc.
• Communicating with prospective residents, determining their needs and preferences, professionally presenting communities and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits
• Completing Guest Card information on all prospective residents and performing follow-ups.
• Processing and completing all rental applications and notifying prospective residents of results.
• Inspect market ready vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
• Organize and digitally file reports, leases and paperwork.
• Updating online advertising to reflect current market pricing and community/unit features daily.
• Update online advertising to reflect current market pricing on a weekly basis.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas to the property manager for marketing community and for improving resident satisfaction.
• Occasionally perform external market outreach at nearby businesses, organizations, etc.
• Physically inspect communities when on grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to the property manager.
• This position will require daily travel from property-to-property throughout our Florida portfolio. We currently have properties in Stuart, Boynton Beach, and Pompano Beach FL. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Valid Driver's License and a reliable form of transportation
• The ability to travel daily to each property (Stuart, Boynton Beach, and Pompano Beach, FL) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
