Medicare Advantage Sales Agent Inbound Calls Only Join a growing Medicare sales organization and help seniors make informed healthcare decisions. We are seeking licensed Medicare Advantage Sales Agents to work from our Boca Raton office handling 100% inbound calls from individuals actively seeking information about their Medicare options. No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No prospecting required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries interested in coverage options
• Educate prospects on Medicare Advantage plans and benefits
• Conduct needs-based consultations and enroll eligible individuals
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process
• Follow CMS and carrier compliance guidelines
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Work closely with team leadership to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications

Required

• Active Florida Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional phone presence
• Ability to work full-time in our Boca Raton office
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented Preferred
• Medicare Advantage sales experience
• AHIP Certification
• Call center or inbound sales experience

Compensation
