The Opportunity We're hiring a Sales Arborist to run estimates, close jobs, and build long-term client relationships. You'll be the face of the company, educating homeowners, spotting risks, and turning opportunities into revenue. No cap. No micromanaging. Just results. We pass you leads and you will be required to build your own book of business as well.

What You'll Do

• Run tree care estimates (removals, trimming, storm damage, plant health care, stump grinding)
• Identify hazards and educate homeowners (this is where you win deals)
• Close jobs on-site and follow up on leads
• Build relationships for repeat + referral business
• Generate your own leads (and get rewarded for it)
• Work directly with operations to ensure smooth job execution Pay Structure Base pay for 4 months and then go into a commission only sales rep. The commission in 4 months should average $1500-$3000 a week depending on how good you are at closing and finding your own leads on top of our leads we generate. Commission-Based (High %) Residual Income on Repeat Clients Bonuses for Self-Generated Jobs Commissions are paid every two weeks from jobs that have been collected.
