Qualifications

: - Automotive sales experience required - Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal communication skills) - Proven experience in outside sales or a related field - Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Excellent sales and account management abilities - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities - Technical sales knowledge is a plus - Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software

Responsibilities

: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers - Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to maximize sales opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track customer interactions and manage accounts - Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review We offer competitive compensation, as well as benefits such as health insurance, and paid time off.
