Tenney's Siding and Seamless Eavestroughing Co. is seeking a motivated Account Executive to manage client relationships and support company growth. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, schedule consultations, and prepare accurate project estimates.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and pending projects to close sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure projects are delivered as promised.
• Maintain accurate customer records, contracts, and sales activities.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer referrals.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, job sites, and community events.
• Meet individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
• Construction or home improvement industry experience is an advantage but not required.
