Be the face of BroadStar in the communities we serve. BroadStar Communications is a fiber internet, TV, and phone provider based in West Palm Beach. We wire entire residential communities- HOAs, condos, apartments, senior and student living- with dedicated fiber and back it with real, local, in-house service. As we grow across Florida, we're hiring a Community Sales Representative to be our in-person presence at those communities: hosting on-site events, meeting residents where they live, and selling the upgrades and premium services that make their home experience even better. This is a field sales role for someone who likes being out among people, not behind a desk. You'll report to our Property Relations team and work hand-in- hand with our Sales and Marketing departments. If you're energetic, organized, and motivated by what you can earn, you'll do well here. What you'll do

• Host on-site sales events at the communities we serve- lobby days, resident socials, move-in events, and pop-up tables.
• Sell service upgrades and premium add-ons: faster internet tiers, BroadStreamTV packages and premium channels, whole-home WiFi, phone service, streaming devices, and more.
• Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of BroadStar on-site: answer questions, solve problems, and build trust with residents and property staff.
• Partner with our Sales and Property Relations teams to schedule events and follow up on every lead.
• Track your activity and sales in our CRM, and consistently hit and beat your monthly targets.
• Represent the BroadStar brand professionally at every property you visit. Where you'll work A travel-heavy, field-based role covering BroadStar communities across Florida, concentrated in Palm Beach and Broward counties and extending to the Fort Myers / Punta Gorda area. You'll be on the road and on-site most days. A reliable vehicle and valid Florida driver's license are required, and we reimburse your mileage. Schedule Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday. Saturdays are when residents are home and our events perform best, so weekend availability is essential. (Sundays and Mondays off.) What you'll bring
• 13+ years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, promotions, or events.
• A natural ability to start conversations and connect with people face-to-face.
• Self-motivation and strong organization- you'll manage your own territory, calendar, and follow-ups.
• A reliable vehicle, a valid Florida driver's license, and a clean driving record.
• Availability to work TuesdaySaturday and travel throughout the territory.
• Comfort using a smartphone and basic CRM or sales apps.
• Bonus: telecom, cable, fiber, door-to-door, or multifamily/property sales experience, or bilingual English/Spanish. What you'll earn
• $35,000 base salary, plus a $10,000 first-year commission floor- guaranteed earnings while you ramp up, with no payback and no recoverable draw. Uncapped commission on everything you sell after that. Realistic first-year earnings are $45,000$60,000, and top performers earn more. The harder you work the territory, the more you take home.
