• $70,000$80,000 OTE / year OVERVIEW A luxury, fully furnished apartment community in the heart of Los Angeles is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Advisor to help drive occupancy and deliver an exceptional resident experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced leasing team at a high-end, hospitality- driven property featuring 149 rentable spaces. Ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-focused environment, this role combines relationship building, leasing, and customer service while working with a premium residential community. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Guide prospective residents through the entire leasing process, from initial inquiry to move-in.
• Conduct engaging property tours and showcase the community's luxury amenities and lifestyle.
• Build and maintain a strong leasing pipeline through follow-up and relationship management.
• Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate move-ins.
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.
• Deliver a high-touch customer experience that reflects the community's luxury brand.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and CRM activity.
• Collaborate with onsite management to achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. WHY YOU MATTER You are often the first impression prospective residents have of the community. • 13+ years of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred.
• Luxury apartment or student housing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with Entrata, Yardi, or similar property management software is preferred. THE PERKS!
