Job description We are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Medicare Advantage Tele-Sales Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team in office. They also need a strong understanding of Ancillary products such as Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity. Job

Overview

: This is a full time, position where you will receive live direct MAPD calls each day from our life insurance department and TV Ads. $20 per hour, plus Commissions, Bonuses and NO CHARGEBACKS!

Duties

• Educate clients about Medicare Advantage, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance plans and options available to them.
• Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Medicare insurance sales is required.
• Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships.
• Must possess relevant licenses or certifications as required by state regulations.
