• The opportunity We are looking fortwo years of 3PL sales experience who can work onsite at our Charleston office. Come join our rapidly growing team!

What You'll Do

:

• Work to close new business for the company through inside and outside sales.
• Grow new and existing accounts using our processes and your own customer service methods.
• Respond to client escalations to solve client issues quickly and ensure smooth operations at origin and destination. Handle client issues that require advanced industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with your team members and external partners to ensure the success of the shipment life cycle.
• Step in to fill gaps in the process or implement improved processes as needed. What We Look For:
• Minimum 2 years of freight brokerage (3PL) sales experience
• Existing book of business preferred
• Proven success in prospecting and closing new business
• CRM experience preferred (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• Experience with transportation management systems and industry tools is preferred
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
