• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company revenue and business goals.
• Manage key accounts and develop new OEM/ODM business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new technology.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Negotiate and close key sales opportunities and customer contracts.
• Work closely with HQ, PM, engineering, and operations teams to support customer needs.
• Participate in business travel, customer visits, and trade shows as required.
• Prepare routine sales reports in a timely manner.
• Organize product and sales training for the sales team. Educations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Master's degree preferred. Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Aggressive, disciplined, and result-oriented.
• Strong customer relationship and new business development skills.
• Ability to lead the sales team and drive sales goals.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Familiar with Windows, PowerPoint, Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin preferred. Experiences
• 5+ years of sales experience, including sales team leadership.
• OEM/ODM or technology hardware sales experience is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $9,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month
