We are a family-owned, growing independent insurance agency looking for the right individual who is interested in owning your own business, having your own customers, and building your own future. We will give you the tools for success. Insurance is not boring - it's fascinating, actually. Candidate must be a self-starter who has thick skin, determination, patience, who is a great listener and quick learner, with excellent computer skills and above all else, the ability to grow their business through networking and lead generation. What we do: Personal and Business insurance. We help our customers find the right coverage with the twenty or so companies in our portfolio. We work with preferred markets such as Progressive, Cincinnati, Auto Owners, Travelers, AAA and others. Insurance Sales

Requirements

:

• Sales History
• Insurance licensing preferred but not required
• Ability to generate own leads and close own deals
• Computer savvy
• Prospecting new customers
• Servicing current customers We provide the insurance training and mentorship, answer the questions, and supply the expertise for you to be successful. We have several different career models for interested candidates: 100% commission positions, or an option with a draw to provide more stability and includes a sales quota. Our main goal is to help you become your own boss and find success in the lucrative world of insurance sales. We have an office available in Farmington. We look forward to hearing from you.
