• and more! Leasing Consultant : The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in achieving occupancy targets by coordinating all phases of leasing.

Essential Duties

:

• Respond promptly to all inquires by e-mail, Facebook, twitter, craigslist, apartment publication listings, apartment listing services, phone, mail and website
• Answers phones, sets appointments
• Works with the Property Manager to implement the marketing plan
• Conducts outreach marketing efforts and records and tracks the results
• Conduct market surveys and suggest corrective course of action for subject site
• Prepares lease documents for execution
• Prepares lease files after move-in
• Sends out lease renewal letters and renewal leases
• Reviews Lease calls
• Participates in resident retention programs
• Lease apartments
• Process resident applications for occupancy
• Assist residents with maintenance request
• Other duties as may be necessary to achieve the owners goals and objectives Reports to : This position reports to the Property Manager.

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designation from NAA preferred
• Previous leasing experience a plus
• Previous sales experience required
• Highly motivated and detail oriented
• Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
• Basic computer skills necessary to navigate the various system used by M2
• Yardi Voyager Experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends if necessary
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills Work Remotely
• No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
