What You'll Do

• Expert Diagnostics & Repair: Handle complex troubleshooting and repairs on residential and light commercial systems.
• Ductwork: Perform duct repairs and replacements and clearly explain the required work to customers. If larger job the installars will do the install with your supervision.
• Customer Consultation & Sales: Be thorough in presenting customers with multiple options, from repairs to full system replacements. The more options you present, the more you can earn. Your income is truly in your own hands.
• Build Relationships: Follow up with customers, generate referrals, and build long-term trust that keeps Dana's name at the top of mind.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Dana's AC with professionalism and integrity, ensuring every customer feels they are in good hands.
• Lead by Example: Maintain a high standard of work that reflects our 70-year history of excellence.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 8 years in HVAC service and repair
• You are the go-to person for tricky diagnostics
• Comfortable talking to homeowners and helping them make the best decision for their home comfort
• A natural ability to present options and close sales with honesty and thoroughness
