You'll work directly with the owner, help shape the territory, build real relationships across Louisville, and see a clear connection between what you do and what you earn. What You'll Do

This is a field-based role built around consistent face-to-face relationship building, disciplined follow-up, and strong market coverage.

• Build and maintain referral relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, and commercial property managers
• Make daily in-person visits and consistent follow-up calls, texts, and emails
• Plan your routes, manage your field time, and cover the market consistently
• Keep your CRM updated with detailed notes, follow-up reminders, and daily activity
• Attend occasional networking events, trade events, and breakfast meetings
• Meet weekly with the owner to review activity, relationship progress, and results
• Represent ProRenewal professionally and help generate a steady flow of referral opportunities What Success Looks Like In the first few months, you're learning the market, building your routes, meeting the right people, and getting your name known. By six months, you have a growing group of referral partners who know you, trust you, and take your calls. Your pipeline is active, your follow-up is tight, and your commission checks are starting to reflect the work. By twelve months, you've built real relationships across your territory, helped strengthen ProRenewal's reputation in Louisville, and created a strong referral base you can point to with pride. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience required, with documented proof of strong performance. We want someone who has consistently performed at a high level, not an average rep who got by.
• Outside sales experience in restoration, plumbing, construction, or a related industry preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable in both blue-collar and professional environments
• Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-up
• Comfortable carrying marketing materials and moving through job sites, shops, offices, and commercial properties
