Sales Consultant Brooklyn Park, MN $70,000 - $160,000+ DOCO Exteriors is looking to add a select group of driven professionals to our growing team. This is a high-performance, relationship-driven sales role focused on helping homeowners through exterior remodeling projects including roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. Our consultants guide customers through the process from initial inspection through project completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Founded in 2026 by Kris Donovan, DOCO Exteriors was built to raise the standard for both homeowners and employees in the remodeling industry. Our mission is to create a culture driven by integrity, discipline, ownership, and personal growth while delivering industry-leading service to our community.

What You'll Do

• Generate and manage new customer relationships in the Twin Cities and surrounding area
• Perform exterior home inspections
• Educate homeowners on products, processes, and solutions
• Guide customers through insurance and retail project options
• Manage projects from signed contract through completion
• Maintain weekly sales and activity performance goals
• Represent the DOCO brand with professionalism and integrity What We're Looking For

Requirements

• 18+ years of age

• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when necessary
