We are currently hiring door-to-door appointment setters to generate opportunities for our sales team across Loveland, Fort Collins, and Cheyenne. This is a great role for someone who is competitive, outgoing, and wants to earn more based on performance.

Compensation

• $15/hour base pay
• $25 bonus for every appointment set
• Paid bi-weekly There is no cap on bonusesyour income is directly tied to your effort and consistency. Position

Overview

As an Appointment Setter, your role is to go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods, speak with homeowners, and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. In addition to setting appointments, you will also be trained to perform basic roof inspections to identify potential damage and better qualify opportunities. You are not responsible for closing deals your job is to:

• Start conversations
• Identify potential issues
• Help qualify homeowners
• Set appointments for our sales team

Responsibilities

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods in Loveland, Fort Collins, and Cheyenne
• Speak with homeowners and introduce our services
• Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
• Identify storm damage or potential issues
• Set appointments for full inspections with our sales team
• Track your activity and appointments set
• Represent the company professionally at all times What We're Looking For
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven process No prior roofing experience required we provide full training. Schedule
