Job Summary

: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, working the west cleveland area. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.

Duties

: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services - Conduct market research to identify potential new clients - Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies for increasing revenue - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans - Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns - Prepare reports on account performance and present findings to management Experience: - Proven experience in technology sales or a related field - Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Warm calling experience is a plus - Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and account management, we would love to hear from you.
