- Direct experience with quota setting and quota calculations, and the ability to quickly get up to speed on our existing forecasting models and processes
- A track record in a performance-driven role where you're held to and hold others to hard numbers, not just activity or tenure
- Comfort learning and adopting new tools quickly, including AI-powered systems we're building an internal platform that leans heavily on AI, and you'll need to move fast with it
- A demonstrated track record of using data to change rep and manager behavior across multiple teams or locations
- Proven ability to drive new business development and prospecting discipline at scale, not just manage an existing book
- Direct, high-accountability leadership style comfortable holding managers accountable with numbers, not just tenure

What Makes This Role Different This is a build role, not a maintenance seat. We're actively modernizing how sales is led company-wide real-time performance tracking, tiered goals instead of flat quotas, and a single standard of accountability across both divisions.
