Outside Sales Representative | B2B Territory Sales | Field-Based Base Salary: $40,000 $60,000 + Uncapped Commission On-Target Earnings: $75,000 $110,000+ We are hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to build and manage a defined Louisville-area territory. This is a true field sales role focused on B2B prospecting and new business development. What You'll Do

:

• Conduct daily cold calling and in-person prospecting
• Develop and grow a defined sales territory
• Present vending and coin-operated partnership programs to small businesses
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline
• Track all activity in CRM
• Close new business consistently What We're Looking For:
• 1+ year of outside sales, B2B sales, route sales, or field sales experience preferred
• Strong prospecting and closing ability
• Comfortable with rejection and high daily activity
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
