Full description of the position

Phoenix-based industrial plastic and metal fabrication company that specializes in custom-made products for the high purity industries is seeking a qualified candidate to take on a Sales role on our Business Development Team. This is a remote position that will nurture our existing client base as well as develop new relationships in the Boise area.

Duties

Responsibilities

:

• Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest
• Equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
• Resolves customer complaints
• Meets established sales quotas
• Acts as company representative at trade association meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Familiarity with the high purity industries, including clean rooms, and semiconductor processing and pharmaceutical industries Minimum of 3 years of Sales experience Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Motivated, self-starter. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with MS Office 365, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Clean driving record. Ability to work 45-50 hours a week. Use and read tape measure, calipers, and other devices. Ability to read CAD prints and P&IDs.; Pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and I-9 E-Verify Preference Given: Experience handling local, state, and federal government contract jobs. Prior experience working with industrial plastics (e.g., PP, PVC, CPVC, PVDF) and various ratings (e.g., FM4910.) Military Veterans. Eagle Scouts.

Compensation

: Competitive Base Salary plus commissions Medical insurance offered Matching 401k available Accrued PTO Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
