Looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Leasing Specialist here in Sioux City, IA. Leasing agent will be providing leasing for two properties in the Siouxland area, headquartered out of City View Apartments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Unit Leasing

• Answer the phones.
• Handle all messages on our call management system
• Create guest cards & follow up on them using our standard procedures
• Ensure advertising is up-to-date daily
• Show apartments to prospective residents
• Work applications aggressively to get them through the process as quickly as possible.
• Keep all application information up-to-date in our various systems Move-In & Move-Out Inspections Complete as necessary Keep vacancy board up to date Receipt Rent From Residents, enter into property management system, and provide a receipt to the resident. Ensure Office Is Presentable, Welcoming, & Usable At All Times Keep office clean
• Keep office tidy
• Ensure office layout stays welcoming & usable Document, Document, Document & Use Our Automated ToolsPerform Other Tasks, As Assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Essential

• Technologically literate with strong computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other commonly used software Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
