Commercial Lines Account Manager Lakewood, CO | Hybrid Available After Successful Onboarding Salary: $72,000$90,000 DOE Associated Agents Insurance is a family-owned independent agency serving Colorado businesses and families for over 60 years. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a book of business focused primarily on construction, habitational real estate, and other commercial accounts, including E&S; business. This is a hands-on position for an experienced commercial insurance professional who can independently manage client relationships, renewals, carrier interactions, and day-to-day account service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an established commercial lines book of business
• Handle renewals from start to finish (approximately 20 per month)
• Service construction and habitational accounts
• Work directly with clients, underwriters, and wholesale brokers
• Prepare submissions, market accounts, and negotiate renewals
• Process endorsements, certificates, policy changes, and documentation
• Maintain accurate AMS360 documentation and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years Commercial Lines Account Management experience
• Colorado Property & Casualty License
• Experience independently managing commercial renewals and client relationships
• Experience using AMS360 or a comparable agency management system
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages, policy structure, and account servicing Strongly Preferred
• Construction and/or habitational insurance experience
• Experience with Travelers, Hartford, Liberty Mutual, CNA, Pinnacol, US Assure, Auto-Owners, and wholesale/E&S; brokers
• Experience preparing ACORD applications and marketing submissions
