Retail Sales Representative S4E Advising, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to work with customers in person inside a retail location. This position focuses on customer interaction, product education, and sales support for Spectrum products and services.

Job Description

• Greet and speak with customers in a professional manner
• Provide information about Spectrum products, services, and current promotions
• Answer customer questions and help identify service options
• Assist customers with the sales process
• Meet individual sales goals
• Maintain a clean and professional work area
• Follow company procedures and training guidelines
• Communicate with team members and leadership throughout the workday

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work in a retail environment
• Willing to learn product and service information
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Able to manage time and stay organized
• Customer service, retail, restaurant, or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable transportation

Compensation

This position offers hourly pay, with opportunities to earn commissions and bonuses based on performance. Paid training is provided. Schedule
