Overview

As a Roofing & Exteriors Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding customers through the inspection, insurance claim, and project contracting process. This is a 100% commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. There is no base salary, which means your income is directly tied to your performance and work ethic. Top performers regularly earn $100,000$150,000+ annually, while motivated new representatives can realistically earn $60,000+ with the training and support we provide. No roofing or sales experience? No problem we provide full training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, events, networking, and company-provided leads
• Conduct property inspections for storm damage and exterior remodeling needs
• Educate homeowners on roofing, siding, gutters, and exterior restoration services
• Assist customers through the insurance claims process (training provided)
• Develop proposals and close contracts
• Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after projects
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Honest, positive, motivated, and driven personality
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and canvassing neighborhoods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Eager to learn and grow in a sales-focused environment
• No prior roofing or sales experience required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
