Anchor Paper Companya 100+ year-old, family-owned and 49% employee-owned (ESOP) organization is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and develop our sales organization during an exciting period of growth. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for driving revenue and margin growth, developing sales talent, and expanding our packaging, automation, and service offerings while supporting our legacy paper business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a tenured sales team (~17 reps)
• Drive sales strategy, execution, and performance results
• Recruit, train, and plan succession as senior sales reps approach retirement
• Partner with Marketing to support growth initiatives
• Lead or significantly contribute to CRM selection and implementation
• Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline activity
• Serve as escalation point for complex customer or vendor situations What We're Looking For
• Recent, hands-on experience managing a sizable sales team
• Required background in distribution, packaging, automation, and/or material handling
• Proven experience with CRM implementation or optimization
• Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills
