Compensation

: Average earning potential is between $20,000 to $100,000 monthly, inclusive of base, commissions, and bonuses. Our top performers are making between $75,000-$125,000/monthly.

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with clients over the phone to facilitate transactions and build lasting relationships.
• Utilize lead generation tools effectively to maximize sales opportunities.
• Strive to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on continuous personal and professional growth.

Requirements

:

• Minimum 2 YEARS OF PHONE SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IF NO PHONE SALES EXPERIENCE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
• Previous call center experience.
• Knowledge and experience in finance, politics, and economics required; precious metals sales a plus.
• Energetic self-starters who are skilled in communication and do not take "no" for an answer. Essentially telling the prospect what to do over the phone.
• Highly coachable, motivated by financial success, and eager to grow within a forward-thinking company. Schedule:
• Monday to Friday (Saturday Optional) Supplemental Pay & Incentives:
