• Commission-based pay structure with realistic annual potential of $100k+ based on sales (this position pays 9% commission on sales)

Responsibilities

:

• Engage with homeowners in their residences to offer expert advice on HVAC equipment options and designs, both for new installations and replacements
• Employ a consultative sales approach to help customers find the optimal heating and cooling solutions tailored to their needs
• Demonstrate a commitment to resolving home comfort issues and enhancing customer satisfaction

Qualifications

:

• Charismatic personality and outstanding communication skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative
• Willingness to adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities
• Proficiency in sales techniques with a strong focus on customer service and follow-up.
• Exemplary professionalism in all interactions
• Comfortable using computer applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Familiarity with HVAC and construction industries preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Successful completion of drug and background screenings
