Outside Sales Representative - Lume Pest Control | West Palm Beach, FL OTE $150,000+ | Top performers earn $200,000+ Full-time | In person | Company vehicle + fuel card provided About Lume Pest Control Lume is a family-owned, Florida-grown pest control company serving premium residential homes across Palm Beach County. We're growing fast, and we're looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a rewarding and high- earning career - not just fill a seat. About the role As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of Lume in the field - meeting homeowners, conducting consultations, inspections, and closing business. You'll work a mix of company-generated leads and self-generated opportunities through targeted neighborhood outreach. This role is built for someone who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership of their results, and wants to grow alongside a company in its early and most exciting stage.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct in-home and over the phone consultations with prospective customers and close sales
• Manage and convert company-provided inbound leads (phone, web, and referral)
• Develop new business through strategic door-to-door outreach in targeted service areas
• Build, maintain, and grow a personal book of business
• Represent Lume's brand and values with every customer interaction
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

Compensation

:

• Competitive base salary, paid bi-weekly
• Uncapped tiered commission structure with accelerators
• On-target earnings of $150,000+ annually at quota

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (required)
• Minimum 1 year of door-to-door or direct-to-home sales experience - pest control, solar, alarms, roofing, home improvement, or similar (required)
• Strong closing ability and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be based in or able to commute daily to the West Palm Beach, FL area
• Available to work MondayFriday plus occasional weekends. Performance expectations: This is a results-driven role with clearly defined daily and monthly targets. We invest in our team - company vehicle, leads, training, and support - and in return, we expect consistent performance. Candidates who are not meeting minimum production standards within 90 days may not continue in the role.
