If you're a closer who's tired of chaos, missing materials, and "figure it out yourself" management you'll do very well here. We're hiring a Residential Sales Representative to work with homeowners through the roofing replacement process. We give you the process, and the brand. You bring the drive. What you'll do

• Inspect roofs, document damage, and educate homeowners with honesty and professionalism
• Build accurate estimates using our built-in JobNimbus estimating tools no guesswork, no waiting on an estimator
• Present in person with a branded proposal packet and close the sale
• Manage your own pipeline and follow-up so no opportunity slips
• Keep every job clean and documented in our CRM so it installs without surprises
• Represent Platinum with integrity at every door What we're looking for
• A self-starter who can generate and close their own business
• Sales experience (roofing, home improvement, or D2D a strong plus but we'll train the right hustler)
• Comfortable on roofs and on doorsteps; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Coachable, competitive, and organized
• Team player that wants to work alongside other top producers
• Someone who wants uncapped income and a clear path to grow as we scale What you get
• Uncapped OTE of $85,000$150,000+ depending on performance with tiers that reward volume, so top producers earn the most
