Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

include but are not limited to Maintain Customer for Life service at all times Thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services Generate service reservations via proactive inbound and outbound calling Communicate effectively with Customers and Prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, chat, email) Answer questions and direct Customers to product information resources Set service reservations Check messages constantly and respond to inquiries immediately Communicate effectively with the Service team Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals

Requirements
