Responsibilities

• Speaking with qualified prospects by phone or Zoom
• Understanding each prospect's goals and determining whether there's a good fit
• Maintaining organized follow-up with active opportunities
• Handling questions and objections professionally
• Keeping CRM notes accurate and up to date
• Collaborating with a fully remote team focused on continuous improvement
• Meeting activity and performance expectations while maintaining a high-quality client experience What We're Looking For Ideal candidates typically have:
• Previous experience in remote sales, customer acquisition, appointment setting, or consultative selling
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Confidence leading conversations without relying on rigid scripts
• The ability to stay organized while managing multiple prospects

Compensation

depends on experience, responsibilities, and performance. Typical earnings include:

• Appointment Setting: approximately $1,000-$1,500+ per week
• Sales Closers: approximately $2,000-$3,000+ per week, with additional upside for top performers Performance-based incentives are available.
