Responsibilities

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients. - Engage in technical sales discussions to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions. - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product line to effectively upsell and cross-sell. - Manage assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and improve market positioning. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. - Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. - A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer needs and preferences.
