About the Role

: Bottcher America is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the Dallas, Texas area. Focusing on Dallas/San Antonio area. This position has a multi-state territory. Other states include New Mexico and Oklahoma. This position will focus on sales in the Graphic and Industrial Markets.

• THIS ROLE IS BASE PLUS COMMISSION

Key Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the Dallas area.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Educate clients on the benefits and applications of Bottcher rollers and consumable products as well as the Industrial markets.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Overnight Travel is required.

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory efficiently.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing/Printing Industry, Preferred
• Knowledge of Graphic rubber rollers and Industrial rollers is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
• Mechanically Inclined Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
